Typical reports:
Stage One Report: This Asset Identity Audit Report is compiled as part of an initial data gathering process instigated on receipt of equipment. It provides key information for each individual asset, including:
- Type of equipment
- Manufacturer
- Model type
- Part Number
- Unique Bar Code no.
- Serial Number
- Specifications
- you Asset tag details.
Stage Two Report: This is a comprehensive Asset and Test Report, and is completed once the individual item of equipment has been thoroughly processed. It contains much more detailed information regarding:
- Information regarding the condition and grade of the equipment
- Test engineer comments
- Comprehensive Data Eradication information
- Details of whether the item is being remarketed or recycled.
This Stage Two Report includes Certificates to confirm whether the equipment has been consigned for recycling and that all data has been erased in accordance with current legislation, industry and ethical standards.
