BTR rolls out a new Software System

BTR UK, a leading provider of asset management services  to Corporate and Government customers is aiming to improve it's service levels through the introduction of a new software system.

The new bespoke system will automate the entire process from the receipt of customer equipment through to the generation of detailed asset reports and certificates.

This will reduce help improve service levels in terms of turnaround from order to invoicing as well as allowing the capture of more information than ever before including customer and manufacturer asset tag deatils, model name, specification, condition etc.

From the point of entry to the building every single item is assigned a unique identifier issued by the system allowing detailed interrogation and audit at any point.
